Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) policy

NCII includes secretly recorded intimate media and revenge distribution without consent. Riva’s directory will not list sites whose primary product appears to be non-consensual leak packs, hacked cloud dumps, or doxxing boards.

When we evaluate a destination we look for report tooling, known abuse patterns, and whether marketing copy glorifies “stolen” or “hacked” content. Medium-risk communities may appear with cautionary blurbs; high-risk properties are omitted.

Riva does not host user media. If you believe a third-party site we link to is distributing your NCII, use that site’s abuse channel first, then contact us via the DMCA page to request removal of our listing row if appropriate.

We are not a law firm. This policy describes editorial practice. Victims should also consider local legal remedies and specialized support organizations in their jurisdiction.
